Q:Do you think theres still a chance Setsuka will be in SCV?

At NECXII, the devs were asked about it and they confirmed that there will be an execution heavy character.

“Do you like Setsuka for her character or her execution? If it’s for her execution, you’ll be pleased” I’m paraphrasing, of course.

Her chances seem a bit lower since then.
